Hex asks I realize this question could be asked elsewhere but you know me. The ever curious. Do you believe in ghosts? Ever seen one?

Amethyst replied: "Yes I do, and yes I have. Ghosts are generally earthbound spirits who have died, usually in horrible ways, trapping their spirits where they passed away, whether by murder, or some type of accident. They generally don't know they have died, and so tend to terrorize the living or they may have something they feel they must complete and so cannot go on. "Ghost" with Patrick Swayzee, Whoopie Goldberg, Demi Moore, was actually well done in portraying it.. Just my $.02 worth."

Pyros Rutilicus dissented: "Belief?  Undecided, but leaning toward no. I've never seen a ghost myself, and the reported sightings are uncommon enough that I tend not to lend too much credence to them.  There's also the fact of the power of suggestion if there are widespread rumors that a place is haunted, one is more likely to explain strange noises and the like by paranormal means."

Hex comments: I simply would like to understand the spirituality of the race of dragons.

Troodon replies: Any thinking creature pretty much comes up with their own beliefs on this, which may or may not agree with those of others. It's an individual decision each has to make.  I try not to condemn other people's beliefs even if I disagree with them, but will gladly share mine if asked.

One of the best brands of colored artist pencils is "Prisma Colors." They're a bit softer "lead" than most colored pencils which makes them easier to blend.   Here is a  beautiful example of what someone who knows what they are doing can do with Prisma Colors. Only problem is they are expensive. A set of 48 is something like $75.00 but they have an advantage of being able to be purchased as a set or separately. I know A.C. Moore arts and crafts store carries them both in sets and individually.  A good second choice is Prang Professionals which you can get in a box of 48 for about $10 depending on where you look. I've used both, and while I agree that the Prisma Colors are probably the best you're gonna find, the Prang colors are a more than acceptable, and much less expensive alternative.
